Agastache rugosa ‘Golden Jubilee’
A very attractive foliage plant originating from North America. Its unique colour adds zing to any planting scheme. The golden-yellow leaves are smooth on the surface and covered by a fine down on the underside. All parts of the plant are aniseed scented.
The purplish-blue, many-flowered spikes appear from June until October, attracting honey bees to the rich source of nectar.
The rugosa species of Agastache are hardy but new spring growth may be damaged or even killed by frost. Apply a thick mulch in autumn and protect new growth from excessive cold and wet.
